My Account is the single point of access for you to manage your PCCW mobile services online. Now you can enjoy the convenience of using the same login information (your mobile no. and Passcode) to access all your PCCW mobile services. It's easy and it's FREE! Just follow the instructions below to complete the registration process.

As an existing PCCW mobile customer, please enter the required fields correctly, all information you have submitted will be protected. From now on, the passcode has been standardized as the one used for customer service hotline. Should your original passcode not in 6 digits or you have never set any passcode, your default passcode will be set as the first 6 digits (not include letters) of your HKID/Passport/Business Registration number. You could change your passcode anytime after you successfully registered My Account.
