Notes:
- For new subscriptions, required prepayment of the first two months' monthly fee will be applied to settle the monthly fee for the first 2 months. Otherwise, the prepayment is non-refundable.
- The minimum commitment period is 24 months. In the event of early termination, customer remains liable for the monthly fees arising from the remainder of the minimum commitment period as an early termination charge.
- Payment must be effected by credit card autopay. Bills will not be issued.
- VAS does not support SMS, MMS, video calling, voice mail, IDD, international roaming services or other unspecified value-added services.
- Unlimited usage is subject to PCCW's Fair Use Policy available at www.pccw.com
- Service levels depend on network coverage and compatibility of customer handset. Please seek further information from our customer service hotline.
